My day is planned around breakfast, lunch and dinner. My holidays revolve around tracking down new experiences for my tastebuds wherever I may be. I work in the Tourism and Hospitality section at Cooma College of TAFE, Illawarra Institute, NSW, Australia and teach primarily Commercial Cookery. I am also a member of the Dalgety Chamber of Commerce and involved with the organisation of "The Snowy Mountains Festival and Food Fair".
