Hello all Foodies. Now, how boring would life be without good food, slow food, fresh food, food prepared with TLC.
My day is planned around breakfast, lunch and dinner. My holidays revolve around tracking down new experiences for my tastebuds wherever I may be.
I work in the Tourism and Hospitality section at Cooma College of TAFE, Illawarra Institute, NSW, Australia and teach primarily Commercial Cookery.
I am also a member of the Dalgety Chamber of Commerce and involved with the organisation of "The Snowy Mountains Festival and Food Fair".
